We are PEACE

  • The United Nation’s states that PEACE Day educates and changes behavior and encourages everyone to act peacefully everyday throughout the year, so any action on PEACE Day helps manifest support for community PEACE building around the world.

  • The United Nation’s invites all nations and people to honor a cessation of hostilities during PEACE Day, and to otherwise commemorate PEACE Day through education and public awareness on issues related to peace

  • In September 2001, the United Nation’s Resolution 55/82 declared 21 September as the official International Day of PEACE and an annual day of global ceasefire and non-violence. It is a day to inspire the next generation to become the PEACE makers of the future, inspiring positive action to take place in their homes, schools and communities.
